The "Villa Maria" cooking school, founded in 1974, boasts more than thirty years of experience and is known both in Italy and abroad, for the peculiarity of being unique and for some features that make it exclusive and which can be summarized as follows:
Teaching cooking techniques from the oldest to the most advanced
Active participation (hands-on) of the "students" in the preparation of the dishes
Courses planned in various languages
Recipes from both the classical and historical research repertoire, as well as the most modern and creative cuisine
The participants will collect the produce for the course from the organic garden of the Villa Maria restaurant
Complete menu from appetizer to first courses, second courses, vegetables and desserts from Amalfi, Neapolitan and Italian cuisine which is commonly called "Mediterranean cuisine".
